A drink for every occasion this season
The weather is finally warming up, and that means that us Brits undergo a full seasonal transformation. ‘Big coats’ get stashed under the bed, the barbecue gets dusted off and suddenly everyone’s driving around with their sunglasses on.
Diaries start to fill up as friends you haven’t seen in a while come out of hibernation and it seems that if the sun’s out, there’s always an occasion to celebrate. We’ve rounded up our top picks of the drinks we’ll be raising a glass with over the warmer months to enjoy the season at its best.
Or barbecues, if you’re offering more than a cold quiche. The perfect occasion for a daytime tipple in the sunshine, something subtly sweet and refreshing always goes down a treat. Our new onboard Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin is worth picking up when you’re on your travels to bring home and enjoy some sweet summer memories in the UK.
It’s important that you feel your best whether you’re heading off on holiday or jetting back to the UK. Re-energise with Overhang’s delicious Ginger, Orange and Lime juice, full of vitamins and botanicals to refresh your system and enjoy a much-needed break.
It wouldn’t be a royal wedding without a little champers, and our onboard Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne is the tastiest way to raise a glass to the happy couple (an extra Bank Holiday wouldn’t go amiss, either).
Sun’s out, brunch out! It wouldn’t be the weekend without some good old Eggs Benedict and a glass of Pip Organic Orange Juice – or are you more of a Kenco Latte kind of person? If the answer’s both, you’ll be happy to know you can find them both on board.
Whether you’re flying high with us or have your feet firmly on the ground during the World Cup, enjoy a Magner’s Berry Cider for a proper British football experience. We’re unlikely to make it through to the Group Stage (let’s face it), but at least you’ll have something tasty to hand to make up for it.
And of course, don’t forget your good old bottle of One Water in the warmer weather – let’s hope we get plenty!
