Proof of identity and address may be requested for credit card purchases over £100. There is a purchase limit of £200 per person per flight. Please be aware that the issuing card company limits may vary.
We accept most foreign currencies, but in note form only. Change will be given in Sterling at the onboard exchange rate. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta or Barclays Connect. We accept €1 and €2 coins, €5, €10 and €20 notes only. Change will be given in Sterling. We are unable to accept Visa or Mastercards with expiry dates identical to the same month of travel. Please note for Credit Cards, a non-refundable £1 handling fee will be applied to every complete order.
Passengers will be deemed to have checked and approved transaction details at time of purchase and errors cannot be corrected thereafter. On occasion, some items may not be available, for which we apologise. When a product is not available, we may be able to offer an alternative. If you require further information on any of the products listed, please consult a member of cabin crew.
